1. Contract and Payment Terms
- A contract between Tricolor Travels and the client is established only once the initial deposit per person is received for the chosen tour package.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the specified payment terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking, loss of deposit, and the application of cancellation charges as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Amendments and Substitutions
- Tricolor Travels reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any advertised tour, holiday, or facility at its discretion. If necessary, an Independent Contractor may be substituted to fulfill the advertised services.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Tricolor Travels is not responsible for any damages, additional expenses, or consequential losses incurred by clients due to any changes, delays, or cancellations.
- Tricolor Travels is not liable for any losses relating to the cancellation of flight, train, or bus tickets booked either through the company or through a third party.
- Only authorized representatives of Tricolor Travels, in writing, have the authority to modify any terms or conditions outlined in our brochure.
4. Health & Safety
- Tricolor Travels is not liable for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, or damage of any kind.
- The company holds no liability for any acts or omissions by Independent Contractors or agents providing services to clients during the tour.
- Clients must report any claims or complaints in writing within 7 days of the conclusion of the holiday tour. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
5. Insurance
- Tour costs do not include insurance premiums. It is strongly recommended that clients obtain adequate insurance coverage at their own expense for health, travel, and personal belongings.
- Clients must communicate directly with the insurance company regarding any claims.
6. Force Majeure
- Tricolor Travels is not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government actions. Such events may necessitate changes or extensions in services.
- Any extra expenses arising from force majeure events will be the responsibility of the client.
By booking with Tricolor Travels, clients agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies provided by Tricolor Travels.
